General Delivery Information

All Aided Living products are dropshipped by our preferred Australian partner, a trusted supplier with over 15 years of experience in health and mobility equipment. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day.

Please ensure your delivery address and mobile number are accurate at checkout, as address changes or cancellations cannot be made after payment due to our partner’s automated fulfilment process.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the size of your item. Orders are sent via Australia Post or courier services—refer to the product page for specific shipping methods.

Note: PO Boxes cannot accept parcels over 25kg or longer than 1 metre.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to metro areas on selected products. You can check available shipping options and rates during checkout.

Australia Post Deliveries

If your order is shipped via Australia Post:

Courier Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or missed attempts, a re-delivery fee may be charged.

Special Delivery Conditions

We aim for door-to-door delivery, but in remote or regional areas—such as farms, islands, mining camps, or small towns—your item may need to be collected from the nearest freight depot.

General Returns

At Aided Living, our returns policy aligns with Australian Consumer Law, ensuring your statutory rights are upheld. If you encounter any issues with a product, you are entitled to return it. You are responsible for returning items.

Warranty Returns

Returns are accepted in accordance with our warranty conditions.

Faulty Items

To return a faulty item, please email us at info@aidedliving.com.au with your order number. You may be asked to provide photos or videos of the item to facilitate the return process. Our Customer Service Department will issue a Return Authorisation (RMA) number and provide further instructions. Please do not send items back without obtaining an RMA number, as this may result in the item not being identifiable and accepted.

Once a return is authorised, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Failure to do so may affect the resolution of your claim. The inspection process will be completed within 6 business days from the date the item is received by our service department.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept Change of Mind returns within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be in re-saleable condition to qualify for a Change of Mind store credit. A handling/cancellation fee of 20% of the purchase price will apply. The refund amount will not include the original shipping costs.
