Delivery Information – Aided Living

At Aided Living, our products are shipped directly from our trusted supplier to you. We do not dispatch items ourselves. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day to ensure a fast turnaround.

📦 Shipping & Delivery Times

Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the size of the item. Orders may be shipped via courier or Australia Post—check the product page for specific delivery details.

Important: PO Boxes cannot receive parcels over 25kg or longer than 1 metre.

🚚 Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to metro areas on selected items. You’ll see the available shipping options at checkout.

✅ Address Details

To avoid delays:

  • Please ensure your delivery address and mobile number are correct at checkout.

  • Once payment is made, we’re unable to change or cancel your order due to our supplier’s automated dispatch system.

If an incorrect address is provided, or the item is not collected in time, re-delivery fees may apply.


Australia Post Deliveries

If your order is sent via Australia Post:

  • You may receive a knock at the door or a collection card.

  • Items must be collected from your local post office.

  • A signature is required upon collection.


Courier Deliveries

Courier deliveries:

  • Are made weekdays between 9am–5pm (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Will include tracking updates sent to your nominated email.

  • May require assistance unloading for bulky or heavy items.

  • Are delivered to the front entrance of your property only.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or missed attempts, a re-delivery fee will be charged.


Remote & Regional Deliveries

Please note: We cannot guarantee door-to-door delivery for remote or regional locations (e.g., farms, islands, mining camps, or small towns). In these cases, your order may need to be collected from the nearest freight depot.
